It's raining and raining and raining for days now... Do you have any tricks against the blues? For me, these gray-in-gray days are really gloomy...

Well, I try to keep going and try new things.
One thing I'm really addicted to are Kanzashi. I love these cute flowers made of fabric squares. I mostly use cotton fabrics with polka dots, lately I made some of plain-coloured cotton, but it was time to try something new. So I cut out really small fabric squares from delicate dupioni silk and tried, how small I can make them.
The result: Tiny little silk flowers with a pearl-like center, about 0.7 inches in diameter. I glued them onto some ear studs, and here's what they are like:
